Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health
- Pelvic Health Certification required
- Active Physical Therapist licensure for the state
- Current CPR Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
- Develop and modify therapeutic intervention plans targeted at improving patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
- Promote overall health, fitness, and wellness to prevent injuries and disabilities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely submission of billing for services rendered.
