Overview Join the growing primary care team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health. We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (FM / IM) physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at Med Plus Pismo Beach in the coastal community of Pismo Beach, California. Opportunity Highlights Collaboration: Work alongside a team of well-respected Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in a multi-specialty environment. Clinical Resources: Access dedicated Medical Assistants, nursing support, and on-site ancillary services including X-ray and laboratory diagnostics. Lifestyle: Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule in one of the most scenic beach towns on the Central Coast. Balanced Practice: Strictly Outpatient – No hospital call. Compensation And Benefits Salary Guarantee: $280 - 300k annually + productivity and quality incentives Sign-On, Relocation & Student Loan Assistance Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive health benefits including 401(k) with match and pension Job Requirements MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA) Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA certification Where You'll Work Med Plus Pismo Beach is a cornerstone of the Pismo Beach community, providing a unique hybrid of scheduled primary care and walk-in urgent care services.
