DBB Studios – Salon Suite Manager
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Pay: Starting at $12.50/hour + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About DBB Studios
DBB Studios is a luxury salon suite community designed for beauty professionals to grow thriving businesses in a clean, modern, and supportive environment. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and create an exceptional experience for both our tenants and prospective renters.
Responsibilities
- Open and manage the salon during business hours.
- Welcome and assist current tenants and guests.
- Conduct tours for prospective salon suite tenants.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
- Help lease available suites and onboard new tenants.
- Ensure common areas remain clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors.
- Monitor building security and report any issues.
- Assist with tenant communication and day-to-day support.
- Capture photos/videos for social media when needed.
- Complete daily operational checklists and reports.
Qualifications
- Customer service or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Organized with excellent time management.
- Comfortable using a smartphone, email, and basic computer software.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $12.50/hour
- Commission: Earn additional bonuses for every salon suite leased.
