• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Skill in adapting instructional materials and strategies for individualized support

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customized lessons for students with varying abilities
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and staff
• Monitor and report on student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Work alongside general educators, support staff, and therapists to provide a cohesive learning experience
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and reports as required
