Our organization , a Joint Commission accredited non-profit healthcare provider, is in search of a dedicated physician to become part of a respected Hospice program as a Part-time Hospice Physician at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn situated in Melville, NY . We welcome applications from Board Certified/Board Eligible physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine, with a preference for those certified in Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine. This role involves delivering comprehensive end-of-life care within a high-quality, professional setting.

Since its inception in March 2004, The Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn has extended compassionate care to around 13,000 patients. Designed as a comforting alternative to traditional hospital settings, the Hospice Inn specializes in caring for patients transitioning from hospital to home or those in the final stages of their illness. The facility boasts 18 elegantly furnished private rooms, along with amenities such as a family-style kitchen, a sunroom, and an outdoor terrace—each space thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and tranquility. Conveniently located along major highways at the Nassau-Suffolk county border, the Hospice Inn provides a serene and accessible environment for both patients and their families.

The full-time clinical base salary at our organization ranges from $125K to $750K, influenced by various factors such as physician specialty, experience level, quality of care, academic achievements, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
