Revenue Cycle Representative

To enhance patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage insurance claims submissions, follow-ups, and collections while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and responses to denials, including re-billing as necessary Analyze and correct patient invoices/accounts related to clean claim submissions and maintain work queues Contact insurance carriers and patients to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary authorizations and information Required qualifications High School Degree Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities such as billing or collections Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
