Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electromechanical systems used in our food production processes. Your expertise will ensure that our production lines operate efficiently and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.What You'll Do:Perform regular and emergency maintenance on equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging machines, and automated systemsTroubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis and troubleshooting as neededConduct mechanical repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems; assist with fabrication as neededTIG welding to meet 3A sanitary standards for food-grade applicationsAssist in installation and commissioning of new equipment, including upgrades and retrofitsImplement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtimeEnsure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policiesMaintain detailed documentation of repairs, maintenance, and equipment performanceCollaborate closely with other technicians, engineers, and production staffOther duties as assigned by managerWhat We're Looking For:Associate's degree or certification in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Journeyman's card preferred5–7 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance requiredFood industry or manufacturing experience preferredProficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.TIG welding skills to meet 3A standards.Proficient in troubleshooting 120v and 24v systems, PLCs, pneumatic/hydraulic components, fabrication, and TIG weldingStrong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with maintenanceWillingness to work in varied environmental conditions while following safety protocolsBenefits of Working at PS Seasoning:Competitive PayHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Holidays & Vacation50% Off Employee DiscountEmployee Appreciation EventsOutdoor Courtyard with Putting GreenDelicious SmellsPS Seasoning is an equal opportunity employer.
