Compensation Range: $66,550 - $70,000 / Year - Compensation may include base salary and geographic differential. This position is bonus eligible.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with a passionate team highly respected by their staff because they lead and inspire helping us accomplish our company mission every day.

Responsibilities
- Move your career forward – all upper level management positions are 100% internally promoted
- Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals through skillful leadership
- Recruit, interview and hire talent onto our staff.
- Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can reach their career goals with our growing company.
Qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full service or fast casual, moderate to high volume restaurant
- Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
