Exciting Opportunity for Shift Leader – Chattanooga, TN Location: 9395 Apison Pike, Ooltewah, TN. PAY: $15–$15.75 per hour (tips included). Full‑time position. Weekend availability required. Store hours: 5:30 AM – 9:00 PM. The Shift Lead creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, quality products. The role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and connect with each customer. Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products. Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise. Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments in a timely and friendly fashion. Manage cash drawer, open and close tills, and count deposits. Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines. Deliver products within established speed‑of‑service guidelines and identify the drink upon delivery. Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment. Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise. Maintain cleanliness of coworker and customer areas. Perform opening and closing tasks. Run floor when manager is not present. Train new staff. Coach baristas. Perform food pull. Qualifications Lead experience. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
