Sales Consultant Join our team at Crestview Cadillac as a Sales Consultant in Rochester Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the process of selecting and purchasing luxury vehicles. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the perfect Cadillac that meets their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits effectively. Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac products, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with financing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to team success. Requirements Previous experience in automotive sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with the Rochester Hills market and surrounding communities is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
