We're a growing solar company and we've built out a full door-to-door team that generates leads and sets appointments — so when you show up, the hard work is already done. All we're missing is the right closer.

We're specifically looking for Spanish-speaking solar closers who know how to connect with customers and get deals done. Most of our closers who do speak Spanish, tend to do VERY well with homeowners. They trust you.

Here's what the role looks like:

This is a high-commission position — meaning your income is tied directly to your performance. If you're good at what you do, you'll earn well. Our closers earn a minimum of $1,000 per deal closed , and the pipeline stays full.

• Appointments and leads are provided — no cold prospecting
• Spanish fluency required — you'll be working with Spanish-speaking customers
• Solar sales experience strongly preferred, we can train you
• Flexible schedule, field-based role
• Unlimited earning potential — the more you close, the more you make
