Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Role: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, responsible for delivering patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Duties: Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care, evaluate practice quality, support professional development, advocate for patients, and contribute to process improvements. Administer medications following guidelines, maintain communication, and apply age-appropriate competencies. Ensure safety, ethical decision-making, and participate in quality care initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN license, diploma, and certifications including BLS, ACLS (within 90 days), PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (within 6 months). Critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity are essential. Ability to handle medications responsibly and perform all assigned duties. Maintain current knowledge of nursing practices and participate in continuous education. Additional Requirements: Obtain specific emergency certifications within designated periods post-employment.
