This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support resolving inquiries tracking shipments processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Position: Customer Service Rep

Shift: 2nd shift

Hours: 12pm-8:30pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.95 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to shipments inventory orders and transportation services.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
• Process customer orders returns and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information within warehouse management and transportation systems.
• Coordinate with operations transportation and inventory teams to address service issues and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Prepare reports documentation and customer communications as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies customer requirements and quality standards.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and timely communication.

Role Purpose :

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product service and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities :

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customers complaint determine the cause of the problem select and explain the best solution to solve the problems expedite correction or adjustment follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
