• Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.) + call coverage (evenings/weekends)
• Hours/Week: Full-time (at least 10 shifts/month, plus call)
• Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
• Licenses/Certs: Board Certification, State License, DEA, CSR required. Certifications preferred.
• Experience: Minimum required; credentialing within 90 days.

What You'll Do:

• Provide inpatient and outpatient interventional radiology procedures, including vascular ultrasound, joint aspirations, thyroid biopsies, and vascular CTA
• Perform lumbar punctures and specialty consults as requested
• Read vascular and CTA studies remotely (less than 10% of workload)
• Respond to STAT procedures and provide after-hours call coverage, ensuring response within 15 minutes and exam within 60 minutes of physician contact
• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient care
• Float between multiple locations as needed, providing flexible and efficient IR coverage

What You Need:

• Board-certified in Radiology with Interventional subspecialty
• Valid Maryland medical license and DEA number
• At least 1 year of IR experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
