About the Role Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to assist with general marketing and administrative tasks. This role focuses on supporting internal marketing operations, preparing materials, coordinating projects, and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and internal reports. Maintain organized records and documentation related to marketing activities. Coordinate marketing projects and assist team members with administrative tasks. Help track and document marketing initiatives and project progress. Ensure adherence to company branding guidelines across materials. Perform general administrative support to the marketing department as needed. Requirements High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
