As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be the "concierge" for professional clients. You will manage high-level service requests, coordinate destination logistics, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who understands the "white-glove" standard of the hospitality industry.ResponsibilitiesAct as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts.Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy.Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the client's journey.Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy.Compensation & FlexibilityStructure: We utilize a professional service-fee model. This performance-based structure allows our coordinators to earn based on their individual efficiency and the volume of successful service deliveries.Remote Workflow: This role is designed for a remote setup.
