Position Summary

Seeking an adaptable Travel COTA for a large skilled nursing facility. The COTA works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered treatment focused on improving functional independence for short-term and long-term residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Provide patient-centered care focused on functional independence.
• Treat both short-term and long-term SNF residents.
• Communicate effectively with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active OTA license required.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Flexible and collaborative mindset.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Mentorship available for candidates with 0 1 year of experience .

Schedule

Preferred schedules:

• Sunday Thursday , or
• Tuesday Saturday
