Housekeeping Lead

About this opportunity Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience Qualifications Ability to manage others effectively to ensure completion of tasks Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment Responsibilities Manage the housekeeping team and oversee daily operations to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet overall standards Coordinate team assignments to meet daily unit needs Maintain supply levels for cleaning and laundry operations Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated area Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas and facilities Prepare rental units for guest check-in Maintain health and sanitary requirements Benefits and Perks PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) matching, learning/educational incentives, Volunteer Time Off, well‑being programs, company events, self‑improvement/productivity tools, and the incredible feeling of making a difference.
