Community Engagement Manager

Community Manager Location: 2370 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX, 75202, United States. Salary: $80,000.00 yearly. Responsibilities Manages a portfolio of communities that includes apartments, homes, townhomes, and other residential properties. Coordinates day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and resident relations for each community. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and the community association’s governing documents. Prepares and monitors budgets, financial reports, and capital improvement plans.
