Job Summary:
Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse position in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients in a specialized telemetry unit with a focus on maintaining high-quality, safe nursing practices. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and supporting operational excellence on the unit.

Job Details:

• Location: Worcester, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Night shifts; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Nursing, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and the ability to work in the United States
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemetry nursing and familiarity with hospital OR procedures
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
