SNI Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a growing manufacturing organization in the Orlando area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering weekly pay, contractor benefits during the assignment, and a comprehensive benefits package upon permanent hire.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable using computer systems to support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming materials and components for manufacturing operations
• Verify shipments for accuracy and document received inventory
• Prepare precision equipment and products for outbound shipment using proper packaging techniques
• Review production drawings and work instructions to ensure items are packaged correctly
• Coordinate shipments using commercial shipping platforms
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within an ERP or inventory management system
• Work closely with production and warehouse personnel to ensure timely movement of materials
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing support
• Experience using commercial shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar)
• Comfortable working with computers and business software; ERP experience is highly preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings or assembly documentation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Note: This position primarily handles smaller components and precision equipment. Heavy lifting is not a regular part of the role.

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.00-$23.00 per hour
