Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents through personalized attention, teamwork, and professional excellence.Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Nurse's Aides to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall health, safety, and well- being.ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care according to facility policies and care plansAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobilityMonitor and record vital signs, weight, and intake/outputSupport residents with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environmentCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare teamProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsReport any changes in resident condition to supervising nursesQualificationsCurrent CNA certification in Utah preferred but not requiredAbility to become certified as a Nurse's Aide within 4 months of hireCPR and First Aid certificationHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong teamwork and communication skillsPrevious experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plusBenefitsCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO)Career advancement and ongoing training opportunitiesSupportive and engaging work environmentWhy Join UsAt Sunshine Terrace Foundation, you'll be part of a team that values compassion, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
