This position serves as a central liaison between Field Operations leadership, Human Resources, Payroll, Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition to support the hiring, training, and retention of craft employees, including Foremen, Apprentices, Electrical Workers, and Journeymen. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce records, supporting timekeeping and attendance processes, coordinating employee transfers, and ensuring leadership has real-time data to make informed decisions. The Field Operations Coordinator helps keep projects running smoothly while ensuring compliance with company policies and workforce requirements.Workforce & Operations SupportMonitor and follow up on daily field reports to ensure timely submission and approval for payroll accuracyTrack workforce attendance, including absences, no-call/no-shows, and missing time entriesIdentify trends in absenteeism and partner with leadership and HR on follow-up actionsCompile and distribute daily site headcount reports for leadership visibilitySupport and track employee performance evaluations, ensuring timely completionMaintain project logistics information, including jobsite details and leadership updatesManpower & Field CoordinationCoordinate employee transfers between jobsites, ensuring smooth transitions and proper onboarding (orientation, badging, licensing)Manage and maintain workforce assignments in Bridgit Bench and other systemsAssign new craft hires to projects, and confirm jobsite placementTrack and manage craft transfer requests in alignment with project needsPartner with General Superintendents to review manpower needs and forecast workforce demandEnsure employee status changes (pay, title, location, per diem) are accurate and submitted on timeReporting & Data ManagementMaintain accurate HR and payroll-related records for field employeesReview timecards and workforce data to ensure accuracy across systemsGenerate and analyze reports (attendance, manpower, workforce trends)Ensure data integrity across workforce tracking tools and platformsTraining & Compliance SupportTrack required training for field leadership, including OSHA certificationsFollow up to ensure training and jobsite requirements are completedMonitor and maintain employee licensing compliancePartner with Talent Acquisition to ensure new hire documentation is uploadedConduct audits to ensure roles align with licensing and compliance requirementsQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and follow-up skillsExperience with workforce data or coordination (construction environment preferred)Ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levelsHigh attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)Safety Level This is a safety sensitive position and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.#CORBIND1It has been and continues to be the long-standing policy of any Nox Group operating company to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
