What You'll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you'll set the tone for every shift by:

• Leading by example and creating a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Conducting pre-shift checklist, setting targets and communicating expectations.
• Coaching and developing crew members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed at all times.
• Monitoring speed of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while balancing operational excellence.
• Delegating responsibilities and positioning the team for success.
• Recognizing great performance and providing real-time coaching when needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer ready restaurant.
• Assisting with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and daily operational procedures.
• Responding to customer concerns professionally and creating positive guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous McDonald's leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
