Follow the full sales process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Deliver clear, honest, and transparent information in response to customer questions and concerns. Efficiently manage quotes, respond to emails and voicemails, handle administrative duties, and accurately process sales documentation. Build strong customer relationships and consistently aim to exceed District Customer Satisfaction Score (DCSS) targets. Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to nurture leads, support their buying journey, and close sales. Requirements Previous experience in automotive, inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing sales is preferred. Must have an outgoing personality with a strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy customer relationships. Proficiency in basic math, common computer applications, and internet usage is highly valued. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with solid negotiation and presentation abilities. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Adherence to the company’s professional dress code is expected at all times. Must be flexible with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
