Radiology Technologist - Acute

Overview We are seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a busy, 24/7 department. Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized radiographic and fluoroscopy procedures while adhering to safety standards. Prepare patients for exams by obtaining histories, explaining procedures, and positioning them correctly. Process and review images, ensure quality, and make adjustments as needed. Maintain proficiency with imaging equipment and support quality control efforts. Assist with electronic record-keeping and work with students under program guidelines. This full-time, night shift role involves working three 12-hour shifts, with rotating weekends and one monthly call shift. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited radiography program, ARRT registered, with Ohio Radiologic License. Current BLS certification and knowledge of medical imaging procedures, equipment, and radiation safety. Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
