Lead the Fun & Maximize Your Earnings at Sport Clips O'Fallon! Sport Clips Haircuts of O'Fallon is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser , a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven track record of success.

What You'll Do

Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
Deliver outstanding customer service and coach stylists to do the same
Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
Drive sales goals for both services and retail products
Maintain exceptional store standards for cleanliness and brand presentation
Open and close the store as needed
Help build a loyal client base in the O'Fallon community

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership or management experience (salon experience preferred)
Active Cosmetology license preferred but not required
Outgoing personality with natural leadership ability
Strong sales and customer service skills
Reliable, positive attitude, and availability for evenings and weekends

Competitive hourly pay + service commission + retail commission
Performance bonus paid every pay period
