Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our day shift team . In this role, you'll provide support and structure for clients throughout the day, helping to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment while ensuring daily routines and programming run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
• Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior during the day
• Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
• Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
• Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
• Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision
• Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
