Position Details Work Shift: Evening Shift (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Department: Materials Management Overview of Position Provides proper movement of supplies, responsible for proper delivery of all supplies and equipment to various departments. Responsible for maintaining par levels for all supply carts, assists in management of inventory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Uses a handheld screening device and computer. Move supplies throughout organization. Delivers supplies and equipment. Unpacks and shelves items. Maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times. Participates in mandatory in-service meetings (e.g. TB testing, safety, HIPAA). Speaks to patients and co-workers in a respectful manner. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent required. Good math and verbal skills. Ability to assess situation needs and problem solve. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving skills. Storeroom Associate generally stand/walks 7.5 hours per day and sits 0.5 hours per day. Position requires bending, stooping and reaching to restock supply carts.
