Staff Backend Architect for Real-Time AI Interview Platform

APADCode is hiring a Member of Technical Staff to own the architecture and evolution of our core backend platform. You will manage a stateful AI interviewer, coordinate live coding interactions, and preserve a complete record of sessions.
