Client Experience Coordinator

Client Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to help guide clients through the travel planning and booking process. This role combines customer service and coordination, assisting clients in selecting and organizing travel arrangements that match their needs.

This is a remote opportunity offering flexibility and the ability to work independently while supporting clients. You will handle inquiries, provide recommendations, and manage booking details from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include client communication, research, reservation coordination, and follow-up support.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple clients are essential.
