Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with inventory, order pulling, and warehouse logistics is a plus

Job Duties

• Receive, distribute, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production facility
• Pull parts for production and stock materials in assigned warehouse locations
• Pack wooden crates and overpack boxes for customer shipments
• Load and unload customer orders safely and accurately
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Complete production, shipping, and quality documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all Quality Management System requirements and safety procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, climbing, and reaching
• Lift up to 35 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment throughout the shift
