Shift Manager

We are seeking Shift Supervisors for all shifts (part‑time and full‑time) at our new Dual‑Branded Applebee's | IHOP Restaurant opening soon in Pasadena, California. The role will support the management team and ensure guest satisfaction across both brands. Responsibilities Assist the management team during all shifts. Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards. Oversee shift operations and address any guest issues. Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of restaurant supervisor or shift leader experience. Team‑oriented with a passion to succeed. Minimum age 21 years old. Eligible to work in the United States. Food Handler license and/or other certifications as required (may be acquired at your expense).
