SUPERVISOR: Slot Manager SALARY LEVEL: Supervisor Rate GAMING LICENSE: Category II JOB LEVEL: 3 – Medium Work EXEMPT: No Summary Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Electronic Gaming Devices area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to all applicable gaming laws and Title 31 Supervise Slot Department Personnel Prepares weekly schedules of all EGD personnel Handles customer’s complaints Assists in the development and implementation of EGD policies and procedures Verification of EGD jackpots up to $24,999.99 Review EGD statistics Assists ordering EGD tokens/tickets Assign Slot Floor Attendants to proper banks Performing duties of other Slot Personnel when necessary General Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
