Job Description:A leading regional bank specializing in relationship driven commercial banking is seeking a Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to help grow the commercial business through data analytics. You will ensure bankers have the insights, tools, and data needed to deepen client relationships, grow revenue, and improve sales effectiveness. A critical component of this role is AI fluency within commercial banking.Responsibilities:Commercial Banking CRM StrategyOwn business leadership of the CRM platform to support relationship based commercial bankingEmbed actionable insights, behavioral signals, and AI driven opportunities directly into banker workflowsImprove visibility into sales activity, pipeline health, and client engagementClient Relationship Data, AI & InsightsStrengthen data integrity and build a complete view of client banker relationships across segmentsDevelop new data sources, AI models, and measurement capabilities to enhance sales effectivenessDeliver insights that support prospecting, cross sell, retention, and portfolio growthAI Driven Analytics, Metrics & StorytellingTranslate commercial objectives into AI enabled data requirements, KPIs, dashboards, and reportingBuild and operationalize AI/ML models that support revenue growth, risk mitigation, and client engagementProvide senior leadership with clear, compelling insights that drive decisionsLeadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and lead a high performing team of business analysts and data professionalsElevate data literacy, AI awareness, and financial acumen across the commercial bankFoster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvementCross Functional PartnershipPartner with sales, commercial banking, operations, data engineering, and technology teamsInfluence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse stakeholdersEnsure CRM, AI, and analytics investments support commercial strategy and measurable outcomesRequirements:7+ years in business analysis for commercial banking - customer and relationship growing focusedExperience leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) for sales effectivenessStrong understanding of commercial banking: relationship management, prospecting, lending workflowHands on experience delivering AI/ML use cases in commercial banking (e.g., credit risk, churn, pricing, fraud, underwriting automation, relationship expansion models)Deep experience in commercial banking, including products, data, and regulatory considerationsAbility to translate business needs into data requirements, metrics, and AI driven insightsProven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross functional alignmentExperience building and managing high performing teamsExceptional communication and data storytelling skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related fieldKeywords: Commercial Banking Analytics, Team Management, AIQualified candidates, please send your resume to Ilana Raz, View email address on click.appcast.io | For more opportunities, please visit
