Disaster Recovery Construction Manager - Field Inspections

ICF is seeking a Damage Assessor / Construction Manager to support Los Angeles County with federal disaster recovery grant programs. This role focuses on managing housing rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new construction activities, with inspections, cost estimating, and environmental compliance functioning as core duties.
