Floating Policy: Contract labor is first to float. Would float to the other MedSurg level of care units (General MS, Nephrology, Neuro/Trauma)

Patient Experience Requirements: Bedside shift report, hourly rounding

Hospital Specifics: Certifications: Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: RN license, BLS

Advanced skills needed: Ortho experience, Tele, NIH

Procedures performed on unit: Post op knee, hip and shoulder replacements, Trauma patients, some Neuro overflow NIH is helpful

Certifications Required:

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy scrubs
