Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (required on-call rotation)

Pay: $18.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Solid troubleshooting skills across a wide variety of HVAC equipment
• Experience evaluating repair versus replacement options
• Willingness to obtain a low voltage license within 2 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must obtain NATE certification within one year of hire
• Comfortable working at heights and operating scissor and genie lifts safely
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and air balancing principles
• Strong sense of ownership and leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Universal EPA Certification
• Formal HVAC technical school training
• Current NATE certification
• Clean, insurable driving record
• Owns a complete set of professional HVAC tools
