Registered Nurse – Pediatric Cardiac Care

Schedule: 12 hours, rotating shifts (Days/Eve/Nights) with on-call/callback requirements.

Requirements:

• RN License (New York Only)
• 2 years of experience
• Pediatric Cardiac Care experience
• Telemetry experience
• Certifications:
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• PALS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
• NIHSS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for pediatric patients with congenital and acquired cardiac conditions.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
