Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Tufts Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop customized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at maximizing patient recovery across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurorehabilitation, and sports medicine.
• Provide hands-on treatment and employ modalities as per the physician's directions, tracking progress and making modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
