Amca is seeking a Head of Operations for its Davenport, Iowa factory that manufactures aerospace hydraulic components. The role leads production, planning, supply chain, quality management and continuous improvement, reporting to the General Manager. It requires hands-on leadership to convert development programs into safe, repeatable production.
