We offer intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care to patients in their recovery journey. Customized, intensive rehabilitation is tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury is provided. The goal is to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Basic knowledge of computer systems is required. Must communicate effectively with patients and team members. Preferred experience includes 6 months in acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
