We are a small physical therapy office seeking an office manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions at our office. The position is full-time (32 to 36 hours) Monday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively mange the office environment.

The office manager position participates in and ensures daily business office functions are performed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for accounts receivables, accounts payable, and administrative functions, verify new patient insurances, maintain office records including filing system and databases, and back up the front desk and gym aide as needed. These are just a few of the duties the office manager will be responsible for overseeing.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Medical office experience a must

Medical office management preferred.

We are a small Physical Therapy Office. We currently have 5 employees with the possibility of adding a 6th person sometime in the future.
