Banking Associate (30 Hours Weekly) - Englewood

Job Summary TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate to work in Englewood, New Jersey. The role involves processing everyday banking transactions, opening and closing accounts, and providing consultative support to customers. Location & Compensation Englewood, New Jersey, United States of America. Hours: 30. Pay Range: $23.75 – $31.00 USD. Key Responsibilities Accurately complete everyday banking transactions on the teller line or platform. Open new accounts and provide education on all TD banking products and services. Deliver consultative financial advice, building trust with educational content and tools. Assist customers with debit/credit card issues, mobile and online banking, and regulatory compliance. Manage and prioritize self‑generated and partner referrals, including outbound calls and appointment scheduling. Maintain accurate records, comply with all internal and regulatory policies, and complete required training. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, lobby leadership, and walk‑in traffic management. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of customer service experience (volunteering, education, military, or other). Preferred: teller experience. Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Notary license. Must complete Teller training and Platform training upon hire. Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
