Future Buyer Administrative Assistants will collaborate with other admins, buyers and vendors to procure the desired product selection to meet the needs of Hobby Lobby's customers. Responsibilities include:Place and process purchase ordersCommunicate with international and domestic vendorsCommunicate with other departmentsTrack domestic and international shipmentsReview and proof product packagingGenerate reportsProvide scheduling assistanceProcess documentationLabeling and maintaining merchandise samplesVet incoming calls for buyersExecute other administrative duties Hobby Lobby
