Handle customer interactions and resolve any concerns promptly. Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations. Step into leadership roles when the General Manager is unavailable. Qualifications At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not public transit, as some bank deposits may be required). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Passion for creating a great workplace culture and delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
