About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non‑medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway, AR. The role blends leadership and client support while remaining involved in hands‑on care. Key Responsibilities Assist with in‑home client assessments and support the development and updates of individualized care plans. Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan. Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services. Provide follow‑up training and support when needed. Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field. Conduct occasional client check‑ins to ensure satisfaction. Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care. Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families. Provide hands‑on caregiving when needed and assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur. Model excellent caregiving standards for the team.
