Who We Are
- Established pediatric practice serving Arizona families for over 34 years
- Two locations: Phoenix and Chandler
- Pediatric dentistry and orthodontics under one roof
- Accepting PPO, AHCCCS (Medicaid), and Medicare — we see a wide range of patients
- In-office IV sedation and general anesthesia support for our most anxious and complex patients
- A team that loves kids and makes every visit fun
The Opportunity
- Full-time or part-time schedules available — we’ll build around what works for you
- Practice the full scope of pediatric dentistry — no “check-ups only” days
- Strong, steady patient flow with front office and dental assistant support so you can focus on the kids
What You Will Do
- Comprehensive exams, cleanings, fluoride, and sealants
- Oral conscious sedation, plus nitrous oxide
- Restorative: composites, stainless steel crowns, zirconia crowns, strip crowns
- Pulp therapy: pulpotomies and pulpectomies
- Extractions, including surgical extractions
- Space maintainers
- Trauma and emergency care
- Patients with special healthcare needs
- Collaborating with our orthodontic team on growth and development
- Coordinating complex cases with our IV sedation and general anesthesia providers
- Building trust with parents through clear, warm treatment conversations
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Arizona dental license (or eligible to obtain)
- Arizona Oral Conscious Sedation permit, or willing to obtain
- Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric specialist strongly preferred
- General dentists with strong pediatric experience encouraged to apply
- Confident with a broad range of procedures — the more you can do in-house, the better
- Experience with AHCCCS/Medicaid patients
- Calm, patient, kid-friendly chairside manner
- Team player who leads by example
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
