100% onsite-Sterling Heights, MI

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized automotive environment. Working Conditions:

• 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Must be available to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts based on business needs.
• Initial training will typically occur on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to assigned shift coverage.

This role is responsible for:

• Safety Leadership
• Production and Operations Supervision
• Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Team development
• Manufacturing Systems and Equipment support

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with hourly employees, union representatives, plant leadership, and support organizations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidate: Experience in automotive manufacturing, body shop operations, welding, robotics, automation, maintenance, or stamping environments will significantly strengthen a candidate's fit for this position.
