Responsibilities: Traveling Associate Dentists are tasked with delivering dental services to patients, supported by their team. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, organizational standards, and compliance programs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Our practice includes: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex units Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient demographic: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population (varies by location) Office flow: an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors Qualifications: We expect you to possess: DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults Willingness and ability to cover the geographical area listed below: 144 Boston Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06610 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT 06120 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT 06051 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT 06511 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT 06705 1070 St James Ave, Springfield, MA 01104 This opportunity offers: Additional income each week for traveling to other offices within your designated area, with all expenses covered (hotel, mileage, meals where applicable) Opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration Attractive sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment assistance up to $1,000/month may be available for specific locations What we provide: A guaranteed daily rate of $850 during the ramp-up period OR a percentage of collections No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Company-paid Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching Coverage for malpractice insurance paid by the organization Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through the ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional dues, such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships Flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
